Where can I sign up?

You can sign up to Stroll Rewards by clicking here.

How do points and tiers work?

Your points balance increases as you earn and decreases when you redeem rewards. Rewards are items you can claim based on your current points (for example, 80 points can be redeemed for a small bowl). Tiers, however, are determined by the total points you’ve accumulated since joining Stroll Rewards – not by your current balance.

How many points do I earn?

Earn 1 point for every £1 you spend! Just scan your Stroll Card’s QR code in-store or log in to your loyalty account when checking out online.

How do I redeem rewards?

Scan your Stroll Card at the till to redeem rewards in-store. Ordering online? Just log in at checkout to see and use your rewards.

Do online orders count?

Yes! Orders placed on our website for pickup or delivery earn loyalty points. Just log into your account at checkout to collect them.

Where can I check my points balance and tier?

Your points balance and tier are visible on your Stroll Card, which can be found in your Apple or Google Wallet.

Where can I see what rewards I have ready to redeem?

Check your rewards anytime by clicking the Bowl widget and logging in. You’ll also see and redeem them during online checkout.
